CORRUGATED & IBR PROFILED ROOF CLADDING SHEETS ROLL FORMING MACHINE
This metal roofing sheets making machine is an advanced metal roll former, which is manufacturing corrugated & IBR profile roof sheet with a high speed. This roof cladding sheet roll forming machine consists of decoiler, sheet guiding equipment, rollforming system, cutter, support table, hydraulic system, and control system.
The corrugated roof sheet profile is manufactured in two sizes, namely the 8.5 wave and the 10.5 wave corrugations. Both these sizes can currently be manufactured in various thicknesses (gauges) from input material ranging from 0.27mm to 0.8mm. The effective cover of the 8.5 wave sheet is 610mm and that of the 10.5 wave sheet is 762mm.
The IBR roof sheeting profile is manufactured as trapezoidal shape, such as industrial trough four, industrial trough five or industrial trough six (IT4, IT5 or IT6)
