For ThinkPad X220i, the base configuration starts out with a fixed Intel Core i3-2310M processor. This component cannot be customized. All other major components, such as the memory and the storage options are configurable. The Core i3-2310M is a Sandy Bridge second generation Core Series processor. If you desire more performance out of your processor, go for the ThinkPad X220 laptop model. This system is equipped with a more powerful Core i5-2410M processor.
The ThinkPad X220i uses a 12.5" form factor. Its display has a native resolution of 1666x768. Actual physical weight starts around 2.9 lbs. This may vary according to the configuration you have.
